Behind the Planner
Hi! I am Hilary and everything in this planner was created by me, with a lot of love and lived experience. I started making these planners because I didn’t want to rely on an app to tell me what was happening in my body. I wanted to understand my cycle on my own terms.
For years, I struggled with abdominal pain and constipation during ovulation.
While many people described ovulation as their most vibrant phase, it was the hardest part of my cycle. Eventually, I was
diagnosed with a unicornuate uterus, a rare condition that even my doctors couldn’t fully explain or treat.
So, I turned to holistic health. I researched which foods support each phase, which teas ease pain and balance hormones, and how to track my symptoms with clarity and compassion. I gathered so much useful information that I knew I had to share it with others who wanted to understand their bodies, too. That’s how this planner was born.
While creating it, my boyfriend said something that stuck, “I wish I had a way to read your cycle and moods without bothering you.” That sparked the partner page, which we built together, along with the relationship check-in page. These tools have helped us communicate when words feel hard to find.
This planner is more than a tracker—it’s a way to feel seen, supported, and in sync with your body. I’m so glad it found its way to you.
